The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or game progress.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the App or other users.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
